ISSCA Launches New Stem Cells Certification Course
The newly developed program gives physicians the opportunity to learn the latest methods and knowledge in the field of regenerative medicine.
MIAMI LAKES, Florida—The International Society for Stem Cells Application (ISSCA), a multi-disciplinary community of scientists and physicians collaborating to treat diseases and lessen human suffering through science, technology, and regenerative medicine, has announced a new course for physicians interested in gaining certification in regenerative medicine. The course was developed out of the group’s highly successful global conference certifications, providing physicians a newly designed and more intimate and personalized smaller group training through which to gain critical skills and knowledge in the field of regenerative medicine.
Through completion of the certification course, physicians will learn how they can add cell-based product protocols to their existing medical practices, including those using exosomes, amniotic fluid, and cord blood.
A host of global experts practicing within the field will be on hand to lead attendees through the new training. They will share first-hand scientific information on the science behind cell therapies and cell-based products and their clinical applications. In-depth examination of clinical trials that demonstrate the safety and efficacy of cell-based products will also be part of the one-day training.
Physicians attending the certification will also learn how to distinguish between the most popular cellular products on the market and what factors to keep in mind when choosing stem cell protocols as a therapeutic alternative. Course faculty will additionally lead attendees through how to structure treatment plans and protocols for patients who may benefit from stem cell therapies.
“We are pleased to be able to offer this exciting and informative new training to physicians interested in adding stem cell treatment options to their current medical practices,” said Benito Novas, CEO of ISSCA. “We seek to remain at the forefront of the stem cells field by continuously innovating and offering the global community the training they need to deliver effective, cutting edge treatment options to their patients. We decided to offer this new training in part due to the demand for it from our customers, who are eager to expand their knowledge base and offer new treatment options to their patients.”

Adimarket Releases New Exosomes Product that Delivers Therapeutic Promise
AdimarketTM Flow uses exosomes in compliance with US regulations to provide innovative treatment options to those suffering from degenerative diseases.
MIAMI LAKES, Florida—Adimarket, LLC, a subsidiary of the Global Stem Cells Group is a leading distributor of products for regenerative medicine providers, has announced a new stem cells product, exosomes, to its product portfolio. The product is available online via Adimarket’s website at https://www.adimarket.net/ and comes in a 1 mL vial and is available for 24-hour delivery after orders placed from any US city.
Exosomes contain a variety of genetic materials, such as mRNAs and microRNAs (miRNAs), which imply they may play a critical role in cell-to-cell communication. AdimarketTM Flow is procured and processed according to US standards and regulations established by the American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB) and the United States Food and Drug Association (FDA).
Exosomes are currently non-reactive and FDA approved.
Exosomes provide an exciting new treatment option for those suffering from degenerative diseases. As a next-generation therapy option, exosomes work by isolating the beneficial signals released by stem cells and use them rather than the stem cells themselves. Using exosomes as a viable therapeutic option makes sense, as they cause other cells to react and change their behavior accordingly. Research and application demonstrate that there is incredible therapeutic potential within extracellular vesicles, particularly exosomes.
Physicians exploring exosomes as a therapeutic option should familiarize themselves with their components and signal deliveries. Components of exosomes include MSCs, cytokines, chemokines, growth factors and hyaluronic acid (HA). They are able to deliver the following signals to target cells: anti-apoptotic, anti-fibrotic, pro-angiogenic and pro-differentiation.
Adimarket, LLC is a leading distributor of products for practitioners in the regenerative medicine field. The online market offers a vast portfolio of goods, ranging from office equipment to cellular- and tissue-based products. The Global Stem Cells Group, which owns Adimarket, continually develops and launches new products specifically for regenerative medicine practitioners to assure physicians have all they need to practice in their field safely and effectively.

Global Stem Cells Group Collaborates with Guadalajara Hospital Angeles del Carmen
ISSCA’s training assists hospital in developing better protocols for gynecological treatments.
MIAMI LAKES, Florida—The International Society for Stem Cell Application, a multi-disciplinary community of scientists and physicians collaborating to treat diseases and lessen human suffering through science, technology, and regenerative medicine, traveled to Guadalajara, Mexico in early February to collaborate with area physicians on how to utilize advancements in stem cell research and technology to find new solutions to health issues and concerns.
During ISSCA’s visit to Hospital Angeles del Carmen, physicians with the group partnered with Dr. Norma Patricia Ramos, director of the hospital’s gynecological department. During the two-day visit, ISSCA’s researchers and physicians provided valuable training and guidance on how stem cells can be used to develop better protocols for treating vaginal stenosis.
Vaginal stenosis is a condition that causes narrowing and/or loss of flexibility of the vagina and is a side effect of radiotherapy and/or genital surgery. It is often also accompanied by dryness and loss of resiliency of scar tissue.
The group reviewed new and effective treatment protocols available through stem cell therapies, including combining traditional CO2 laser treatments with stem cells harvested from adipose tissue.
The group also worked with Dr. Ramos and her team on new stem cell protocols to help women who have tried in vitro fertilization to get pregnant but have not experienced success due to a lack of ovarian reserves. The ISSCA group shared new research on the viability of utilizing stem cells from adipose tissue or bone marrow and reintegrating it into the ovaries using a laparoscopy with the goal of increasing ovarian reserves and increasing chances of pregnancy. Poor ovarian reserve (POR) is critical limiting factor for the success of any treatment modality for infertility, and new stem cell treatments provide a promising treatment protocol in increasing the quantity and quality of oocytes in women of reproductive age.
ISSCA is committed to partnering with physicians and researchers worldwide who have a vested interest in finding new solutions to improve treatments for any conditions. The group has an upcoming trip to Buenos Aires to partner with orthopedic doctors to discuss opportunities for stem cell therapies to improve treatment protocols in the field of orthopedics.
